Let’s be honest – it’s not just about the food – it’s about the Cuisine. The style in which your meal is prepared is what makes it something to look forward to. Here’s what you need to know about my cooking style and selections of cuisine: my heritage is Italian, I grew up in Southeast Texas where my father owned a shrimp boat, I studied under some of the finest chefs from France and Germany, and my Sicilian great-grandmother who immigrated to New Jersey taught me how to make tomato sauce the right way. I’ve spent enough time in Louisiana to catch my own crawfish, and in Kentucky I honed my taste for good bourbon.
Some of the flavors that may be represented on my menus include Southern Italian, Tex-Mex, Cajun, Asian, Mediterranean, Southern American Barbecue, Soul Food, and American cuisines, to name a few.
When you book a meal service with me, probably the first thing I’ll ask you is what type of cuisine you prefer, or do you want to be surprised?
One thing is for sure, no one will leave the table hungry.
